We are proud to announce that in January 2024, KU will be opening KU Koo Wee Rup Kindergarten in the Cardinia Shire Council in Victoria.

The new purpose-built Kindergarten is co-located on the site of the Koo Wee Rup Primary School. The new service will offer up to 66 sessional places for 3-to 5-year-old children per day.

The service is an architecturally designed modular kindergarten building, that features two generous kindergarten rooms and a large outdoor play area.

“We wish to offer our special thanks to the Department of Education and Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) for their support and funding to open KU Koo Wee Rup Kindergarten and offer quality early childhood education for the Koo Wee Rup community.” said KU Children’s Services CEO Christine Legg.

KU is proudly not for profit and committed to supporting exceptional outcomes for children and families as well as creating optimal experiences for staff. Part of the KU Difference is the high level of support provided to our teachers and educators, and other service-based staff through the expertise of KU’s Central Office teams. Our specialist teams include Early Childhood Education, People Services, Finance, IT, Marketing and more.

As we deliver leading high quality inclusive play-based learning programs, KU continues to provide opportunities for children to become the creators, thinkers, and doers of today and tomorrow.
