On Friday 30 August the staff, children and families of the new KU Faulconbridge Children’s Centre came together to celebrate the centre’s official opening

The centre is located on the grounds of Faulconbridge Public School at 43 Meeks Crescent, Faulconbridge.

KU Children’s Services CEO, Christine Legg; Senator The Hon. Doug Cameron; Labor candidate for Macquarie, Susan Templeman; families and staff attended the celebrations that included formalities, activities and refreshments.

The brand new, purpose-built long day care centre was chosen to be designed, constructed and operated as part of the Federal Government’s $114.5 million promise to build an additional 38 early learning and care centre’s in priority locations across Australia.
