KU ANSTO Children’s Centre has been officially opened with staff, children and families coming together to celebrate.

KU Children’s Services CEO, Christine Legg; ANSTO CEO, Dr. Adi Paterson; and ANSTO Board Member, Dr. Susan Pond, were amongst the attendees that enjoyed the formalities and refreshments.

“The design and focus on sustainable, natural play environments aligns well with KU’s commitment to sustainable learning programs and practices,” said KU CEO, Christine Legg.

“The centre will be staffed by a team of qualified, experienced early childhood professionals, and will provide a high quality, play-based learning program for all children,” said Ms Legg.

The centre is located on the grounds of ANSTO’s Lucas Heights Campus at New Illawarra Road in Lucas Heights. For more information, visit KU ANSTO.
