All nominations must be received by KU’s Company Secretary no later than 5:00pm on Friday 12 April 2019 either via fax on 02 9267 6653, by post or via email to kylie.schembri@ku.com.au. This includes the Nomination Form, Nominee Details Form and Consent to Act as Director Form. If the nominee/nominator are not already KU members, they will also need to complete an Application for Membership.
