- Criteria for Election to the KU Board of Directors
- Nomination Form
- Nominee Details Form
- Consent to Act as Director Form
All nominations must be received by KU’s Company Secretary no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 13 April 2023 either via fax on 02 9267 6653, by post or via email to companysecretary@ku.com.au. This includes the Nomination Form, Nominee Details Form and Consent to Act as Director Form. If the nominee/nominator are not already KU members, they will also need to complete an Application for Membership.
