KU Corrimal East Preschool has been rated in the top 1% of early education services in the country by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

The preschool's recent ‘Excellent' rating under the early education National Quality Standards, is a significant achievement, and recognises the exemplary program and strong relationships that exist between the centre's staff, children, families and the local community.

"We are so excited to receive this rating. We are very proud of our centre and it is great to see the work we do with regards to relationships with children and families being acknowledged formally," said KU Corrimal East Director, Megan Dodds.

"This is a fantastic achievement, and a well deserved recognition of the time and effort put in by the staff at KU Corrimal East Preschool over the past 10 years. We are delighted to see this wonderful team of early childhood professionals recognised for their sustained engagement with researchers and their local community to benefit young children and their families," said KU Children's Services Chief Executive Officer, Christine Legg.
