KU Management
We understand that managing child care services is becoming increasingly complex as parents are becoming increasingly time poor.
KU management of your centre ensures that families are able to continue to meaningfully contribute to your child's centre while KU takes on the role of the committee and assumes the legal and legislative responsibilities for your centre.
Over the past 15 years more than 25 centres voted to transfer to KU to ensure the future of their centre is secure.
Why use KU Management?
Our philosophy and values are consistent with those that exist in all community based and not for profit centres as we put the interests of children and families first.
We believe in the importance of providing children in the early years with a high quality play based learning program to foster a lifelong love of learning and we believe in strong partnerships with families.
Our experience is our strength and our focus on quality is supported by our teams of educational and special education early childhood consultants who support all our services.
We are committed to ongoing professional development opportunities for staff and our Professional Development Program includes over 150 professional development sessions and learning opportunities each year with a total attendance of almost 3,000 participants.
Our centres are supported by highly skilled, centralised OHS, Finance, Human Resources and IT departments.
