KU Grevillea Fair Day 2010

An atmosphere of community spirit and support prevailed in the lead up to the fair with many business's in the Hornsby Shire donating goods and services.

The day was a great success as local schools all performed and shared the day with many school children (and parents) reliving their Grevillea days in the garden, sandpit treasure digging and participating in collage and drawing.

There were Mothers Day market stalls, free children's craft activities using recycled materials and reflecting sustainability reuse, opportunities for bulb planting and using the Preschools own worm wee farmed by the children, a sausage sizzle,  jumping castle and face painting.
