Once all applicants have been interviewed, the interview panel will decide on the best candidate for the position.

Employment Reference Checks

Employment reference checks are undertaken once the selection decision has been made. The purpose of employment reference checks is to verify information provided by the applicant at application time and at the time of interview is accurate. Comments made by the referees will be documented.

Successful Applicant
|
Only the successful applicant will be notified and verbally offered the position prior to a formal written offer being sent.

Feedback
|
The interview panel is willing to give you constructive feedback on how and why you were unsuccessful should you require it.
|
|
Eligibility List
|
An eligibility list will be created for similar positions.
|
|
Probation Period
|
All employees are subject to a 6 month probationary period upon being offered and accepting a position with KU.
