At KU we recognise our staff as being our most valuable resource.
As a large employer - with more than 150 services spread throughout Australia and over 2500 staff members - KU is able to offer its staff many opportunities. When you join KU, we try hard to stay in touch with you through our staff Bulletin, through orientation and local meetings. We also try to ensure that we hear your voice through our staff feedback mechanisms. Our staff association KUSA has a particular role to play in this.
We strongly encourage our staff to keep up to date professionally and to take advantage of our comprehensive staff development program. We want our staff to be happy with us because we know that without you - whether you're a frontline, centre-based staff member, or more of a 'behind-the-scenes' contributor - KU cannot succeed in delivering high quality services to children and families.
